Our why
For many years the construction industry has run extremely inefficiently. Recently, Construction Tech companies have made large gains by building modular housing in factories.
We are convinced that there is one inerrant problem with this business model. The transportation restraints faced by modular design result in small living spaces that are undesirable - especially in the luxury home market.
Our panelized system allows for spans and room sizes of any length. With our standard prefabricated floor slab spanning 40 feet in length.
Using our patented panel and fastening mechanisms we are able to construct large layout, luxury homes for a fraction of traditional costs in a fraction of traditional timeframes.
Our homes are constructed from large 100% pre-finished panels. This includes both interior and exterior finishing such as internal paint, flooring, light fittings, plumbing, electrical, exterior siding, joinery etc.
On-site assembly can be completed in as little one week, with our single point panel fastening mechanism and integrated electrical, plumbing and HVAC inter-panel connectors.
Environmental
Our panelized technology is 100% removable once the building is no longer required.
Construction waste contributes roughly 45% of all waste generated by humans. Our construction techniques eliminate almost 100% of construction offcut waste and totally eliminate demolition waste. This also allows buildings to be on-sold, moved or even rented on secondary markets once they are no longer required in a specific location.
Our homes come equipped with large solar and battery storage systems as well as EV charging stations - effectively removing the requirement for the inhabitants to rely on the power supply grid for energy consumption. This converts families to 100% renewable energy consumption for each home that we build.
